Nathan (Saturday, 15 November 2008) Rating: These are very smooth, but the flavour is not as rich and complex as I like - hence the 4 stars. Maybe I should cover the holes in the filter with some tape, so the smoke is not so diluted with air. I've got some Surya on the way to me. I will compare the two then. I think I prefer the full strength cigarettes now, as they are richer in flavour. I've tried the International, which seem richer and more complex in flavour - they were most enjoyable. They were however very strong, and I found that using a pin to poke holes around the filter made them more suited to my palate - six holes was just right.. I've tried Djarum Super 20's, which are even milder than these. Not so much clove in these, and very nice! I have also tried the X brand. They were terrible, and rough. If your after a basic mild clove cigarette with a pleasant flavour and aroma, you can't go too wrong with these ;-) Oh, and Australian buyers be aware that you WILL have to pay a customs duty on cigarettes, regardless of how many you buy. Even if someone sends you cigarettes as a gift. The duty payable is (as of 14/11/2008) AUD$0.2545 per cigarette/stick. So keep that in mind when making an order. For me it's worth it, as not all Indonesian cigarettes are found in Australia. It is also ends up cheaper in most cases than buying them here, even after customs duty. Nathan (Australia).
